Refurbished devices carry a workmanship and hardware warranty, so you are covered after checkout, not just up to it.
Delivery or collection
Nationwide courier on orders, or arrange local collection at checkout. You get tracking and status emails from order to delivery.
How we work
- 1. You tell us what you need. Order online, book a repair or send us your device details for a trade-in offer.
- 2. We confirm in writing. Repairs get a free diagnostic and a quote by email. Sell requests get a cash offer.
- 3. We do the work. Repairs are tested before hand-back and orders ship with tracking.
- 4. You stay covered. Warranty on parts and labour, and our inbox stays open after the sale.
